Tackey continues his string of solo releases with his third single "Hikari Hitotsu" which serves as the theme song for the t.v. drama "Orthros no inu" which also stars Tackey~…and in true Johnny's fashion there are not one but three versions available for fans to desire~!
I ended up choosing jacket A as it includes the original pv version for the title track w/ making of footage on an extra DVD~ and jacket B as it in addition to the two tracks found on jackets A & B, it also includes an additional bonus track as well as karaoke versions for all three songs♪♪～. Jacket type B includes a drama version of the pv but I needed to hold myself back and just get two versions although I really did want jacket B as well…(u_u*)!

An extra surprise was the sheet of Tackey Ranger stickers which were included with his jacket C single to go along perfectly with the bonus track "Ai no senshi TAKI ranger"…..not really sure of what the meaning behind this helmet is but they're still *cute*!! (*´∀｀*)。
While I haven't watched the drama "Orthros no inu" the synopsis has a really dark and dramatic story with a large twist of fate~ where Tackey's character is the devil who possesses the God like ability to be able to heal with just his touch~…while Nishikido Ryo is cast as an Angel however his touch is able to kill a person~. Quite a twist ne~!…and the two are said to meet in a fatal battle~! (・д・`*)！！
Like this drama's storyline…."Hikari Hitotsu" will envelope you in a dramatic symphonic wall of sound~ as cascading piano lines hover along with a deep and dark orchestration which fully engulfs the listener~. I've always been quite fascinated with Tackey's voice as when I see him on television shows or in MCs or dramas…his voice is actually quite low and deep, but when he sings♪♪～ his vocals are more of a higher pitch and somewhat *cutely* nasal~! ＾ ＾！The pv is really so well shot with some really great mirror and lighting effects and I just ♥ Tackey's hair at this length. ＾ ＾
The coupling with track "warui otoko" is very brassy samba-ish~jazzy~….with a sweet Brazilian flavor and it has a really rather *adorable* melody….definitely a much more light hearted song that the title track and one that I think may give you the urge to dance~…with a loved one? o(*´∀｀)o゛♥
If you opted for the jacket C release then you'll then hear a most lively and fun composition in "ai no senshi TAKI ranger!" Hmm…if Berryz Koubou can have a super hero song then surely Tackey♥ can too ne~ ＼(^o^)／☆。。。complete with intro and mid narrations and a driving orchestration that will make you *dream* of the masked one….well they usually are masked ne~?…(^q^) Although in Tackey's case I think he really can do without being masked…would most likely generate more sales too if they were to create a Tackey ranger action figure ne~ (。ーωー。) ♪♪～♪♪～♪♪～。。。

Just watching the 20 minute making of DVD which is included with Kohachan's 4th shashinshuu which will be her last as a member of H!P reminds me so much of how in so many ways she'll be missed when she graduates on December 6th of this year~. While in comparison to some of Kohachan's earlier photo shoots…this one may seem a touch subdued at times but it's just her growing maturity making its presence known on the surface as that very familiar glittering of unmatched idol energy~ is just below the surface waiting to bubble* at any moment~. (￣▽￣)

This morning was so muggy~ (ノロ≦。)！and I actually began this morning feeling myself perspire just after showering…so uncomfortable. We’ve been having such unusual weather lately and Hawaii is actually known to have sunshine at the same time as rainbows and rain~, still the skies today have looked so daunting with their darkeness and yet we’ve only received a bit of rain..still so dark though. Happily the winds have picked up a bit too along with the rolling gray clouds bringing cooler air…but I don’t think this feeling will last very long as our forecast says that we’re going to experience very humid conditions for just about the entire week~ (;´□｀)。
Saa~ I’m thinking that Hawaii♥ doesn’t appear as beautiful as it usually is and we’re really just experiencing some gloomy weather right now but it really will clear up soon I think~….hopefully by next week. ＾ ＾
On a final funny note….I was also ID’d earlier today at the market while purchasing merlot (._.;)! and the cashier paused…looked at me…..looked back at my ID…at me again and then said….and I quote: “wow you’re aging slowly so lucky.”
Um…so my silly question today is…..
…..how long will I be seen as appearing so young? (・д・`*)？！I was at first really discouraged and then later through *friends*’s words it was maybe a blessing as I may appear to be much younger when I’m much older? But for now it’s sort of a mixed feeling that I’m having…..and perhaps some of my dating woes were due to my appearance?
One of my very close guy friends has mentioned to me….um after much of my endless prying (゜ロ゜ノ)ノ！that he thinks that some guys have been maybe hesitant to approach me due to me appearing much younger than my actual age as I may be “too immature” for them (+_+)….although he knows that I’m quite the opposite but still hearing this is so so disheartening looking back and thinking of how long I’ve been single (;_;). And I do realize that wearing make-up does really make one look so much older and in maybe my case….it makes me look my actual age?….and yet I don’t wear any on so many days…(._.;). This is all really in hindsight~ and with the most *wonderful* person♥ o(*´∀｀)o゛ in my life that I’ve met now it’s really maybe unnecessary to ponder such feelings from the past…..just makes me think waaah~ it’s so awkward looking much younger than I am~! (;_;).
And I don’t think the cashier today really believed my age or that was me on my ID….やばい！やばい！ (;´□｀)！！！

A lot of backtracking through earlier J-Pop releases resulted in me finding so many of these musical♪♪` *gems*~….and I would really like to encourage any J-Pop enthusiast to please explore earlier releases as you just never know how much awesomeness you can truly find~ o(*´∀｀)o゛♥！
Mr.Children♥ my most favorite♥ group released their amazing single "[ES]~Theme of ES~" on May 10th, 1995 in conjunction with their original band film of the same title~…it was part documentary, part live performances but what this film really accomplished was allowing fans deeper into their world in both personal ways as well as all that comes with fame and life on the road touring~. A *friend* got for me a poster for this single's release event….just so many *fond* memories of listening to this song and its epic *feel* all wrapped up in gorgeous acoustics~.
I'm not even sure of what the final sales for Kubota Toshinobu's best known and most *endeared* classic single release turned into….but "La La La Love Song" launched a new generation of all of which could be possible with the very best writing for dramas on television~. The drama series was "Long Vacation" and it starred an amazing cast! including Kimura Takuya, Yamaguchi Tomoko, Takenouchi Yutaka & Ryo in what still remains as my most loved♥ drama series ever…..this favorites♥ list is very much in need of updating as I wrote this quite awhile ago…but if you're curious you can by it by clicking here. ＾ ＾
Just such an infectious melody~!….listening to "La La La Love Song" still makes me *smile* (￣▽￣) so much~! "La La La Love Song" was released on May 13th, 1996.
I found Deens single "Hitomi sorasanaide" one day while browsing used CD shelves at one of the many little shops that we used to have here at one time~. The original attraction and curiosity of this song as I gazed at its title was whether this could possibly be the same song written by Sakai Izumi of Zard~? And while it did *happily* turn out to be that very same song as I'm guessing Sakai Izumi shared this song with them…..purchasing a song really nowdays with this same naive thinking of mine then would most certainly not be very wise as song titles can be so much the same all the while being completely different compositions (・д・`*)！Deen really did put quite their very own signature on this song as there's is a most upbeat and uplifting version…while Zard's is performed in a very *sweet* bossa nova style~. Deen's "Hitomi sorasanaide" was released on June 22nd, 1994.
This is yet another drama theme♥ song!…this time for the series "Second Chance" which is really going old school and may be one of the lesser known dramas I think? The single "Tomorrow" really launched Okamoto Mayo's musical career through like a sling shot~! as she then really became so popular and she also made appearances on so many t.v. music shows back then! Her voice is really remarkable! Her range is just so *amazing* as Okamoto Mayo also possesses one of the very *sweetest* falsetto's I've ever heard as well! And on a random note….listening to this song back then was only the very beginning as to how much I realized that the Japanese love♥ the word "asphalt" as it's in soooooo many songs~! (￣▽￣) "Tomorrow" was released on May 10th, 1995.
I really did fall in ♥ with the original drama series for "Hoshi no kinka" and in so many ways it coincided with my finding the music and *wonderful* personality of idol/actress Sakai Noriko~. I always imagined that I would one day get to writing a proper post about one of my earliest J-Pop loves♥~…surely there'll be so much to *share* in such a post as I've collected all of her works over the many years of her musical career which dates way back to the late 80's~! Again it meant that I so needed to backtrack to find what had been released much earlier but I think that there's so much *joy* and rewards to be gained through such adventures~. "Aoi usagi" was really so popular and a best seller and "Kagami no dress" would follow up as the drama's main theme song♥ for the second series of "Hoshi no kinka." It's also very notable to mention that one very *sexy* Takenouchi Yutaka along with Osawa Takao starred alongside Sakai Noriko in this popular series from yesteryear~. "Aoi usagi" was released on May 10th, 1995.
Sakai Izumi of Zard makes another appearance on this compilation as she also penned the lyrics for Field of View's "kimi ga ita kara" which Zard also released~. Her writings have always held such a *warm* connection between herself and fans as her lyrics were always so *heartfelt* and they often dealt with life experiences that most of us have also encountered in our lives~ o(*´∀｀)o゛。I really love♥ the sound of Asaoka Uya's vocals and in this most uplifting and *cheery* rendition~ the lyrics shine so brightly~!
Princess Princess…while this super group makes a very early appearance here in just my second CD compilation, I truly didn't have enough knowledge of their group members or their immense history to appreciate Puri Puri just yet…..it would be yet a few more years until a *friend* introduced me to the phenomenon that is Puri Puri~♥. The link at the beginning of this paragraph will lead to that discovery and hopefully can *share* so much in how large a part of Japan's music history Puri Puri established themselves a part of~. "Bye Bye" remains as one of my most *beloved* recordings from Puri Puri~ as is was my very first love from them…..it's a very polished and *pretty* ballad! "Bye Bye" was released on December 13th, 1995 as it's the opening track from Puri Puri's last studio album titled "The Last Princess."
Sometimes you just find yourself falling in love♥ with a group and a particular album both at the very same time…..CoCo really dates back as one of my earlier J-Pop loves♥ and while solo member Miura Rieko made an appearance on the previous "volume 0" post~ these five final tracks that I chose for this compilation are all focused on the group CoCo and in particular their most *endeared* album "Straight." CoCo is yet another group which was already broken up by the time I was so *lucky* to be able to find their music~…and their sizable catalog of releases took years and years to find….I think it was about 10 years before I was able to complete their collection through searching through second hand CD shops and online resources~ and equally as rewarding as completing their collection are their songs…everything was so well written back then and an emphasis was always put towards vocals which are both so unique in each individual member here as well as their height of quality which is also at a premium. CoCo both really defines the girl idol group phenomenon in one of its most triumphant eras moving from the ending of the 80's and into the 90's as well as displaying how member individuality and through their interactions with fans~ how so much of the future of idol groups have benefited from the trailblazing path that they once paved~. CoCo would also see a member graduate to solo status as Senou Azusa would leave the group after their fifth album release leaving the group with four members then~. CoCo also broke great ground for girl idol groups as they performed at the legendary Budoukan~ forever raising the status and place for all idol groups that would follow in the years to come~. "Naze?", "Moonlight Express", "Circus Game", "Kimagure swing" and "Wedding" are all such personal favorites♥ of mine…..each hailing from their J-Pop masterpiece "Straight" which was released on March 21st , 1991~.
Reflecting back on CoCo really fills me with a sense of what it is to truly love J-Pop♥ and how so much of Japan's music has grown with me through adolescence and into adulthood….and their music♪♪~ will always remain so *special*~.

Truly a wonderful day for all H!P fans living outside of Japan~!! and when Tau first made me aware of the upcoming launch of HelloStoreUSA that was back in July and their front page hinted at so much merchandise that would be made available for the very first time here in the U.S., and alas opening day has arrived!! Being that Hawaii is at the very end of our time zones by the time I returned home from work~ many of their products were already sold out!! 😮 Still it's really so awesome to see how much support the international fanbase is giving with this brand new opportunity to own real H!P merchandise which is originally from Japan~ ＼(^o^)／☆！！
I just spent at least half an hour browsing through all of their categories which includes photo cards, books, towels, keychains, phonestraps, uchiwa and T-shirts!! and by the looks of things it appears that much more merchandise will be added to their site in the future~. And the absolute best part? The prices! (￣▽￣)♥ Now all international fans can own official T-shirts and T-shirt sets from as little as about $31!…..lots and lots of photo sets with price ranges from about $5~$11 for the smaller sets while even the larger sets are only about $30!…..yokatta desu~ne~! ＾ ＾

Just a little new series (*´∀｀*) here where I'll be *sharing* my relationship♥ with J-Pop through the years beginning with my very first time that I was able to record CDs~ on a computer…..I know that may sound so odd ne~…(^q^)! I can still so remember the excitement ＼(^o^)／☆！！of just thinking….A~h! we can actually record CDs in our own homes?! The technology at the time was still very new and with the help of a few *friends* we were able to put together our $! and purchase one of the earliest CD recorders then at the time for about $600! (so expensive ne~! (・д・`*) )…..it was a Philips CD recorder and while the software was in some ways quite error prone (;´□｀)! some of our very first successful custom CD creations occurred in early February of '97! And really this was only possible as I was already working after school by my mid teens~. My parents always instilled in me how much more I'd appreciate every thing if I had earned them myself. ＾ ＾
So while this musical♪♪~ journey will begin at this earliest possible point of home recording for me as I'm going to present each post as a corresponding "J-Pop Collection Volume" in which I was creating from that very moment in a chronological sense…..I was collecting J-Pop prior to then but there was only the….dare I mention?….blank tape before this for making personal compilations. XD
I know it sounds so silly now (￣▽￣) but it was truly such an amazing moment~….just to be able to create your very own CD compilations then..so much that I still *smile* so much just thinking about then~. It's also notable to mention that the dates on which these CD compilations were created won't necessarily reflect the release dates of the music on each "J-Pop Volume" and in some instances where I fell shamelessly (人∀`*)♥ in love with particular songs….they may then appear on multiple CD compilations thereafter as you just know that when you adore a song so much you just want to be able to play it as often as possible~. =) Much of my music♪♪~ collection is also comprised of many releases which came out a long time before I began collecting….before I knew what J-Pop was or before I was even born~…as I've always done a lot of backtracking so to speak when it comes to music as I feel you appreciate so much more of what's new today and into tomorrow if you also embrace and experience the past of music's roots~. Also keep in mind that these were the days of "wave files" as the mp3 was yet to be born so on a single blank disc you could really only fit perhaps up to 16~17 songs max?~…..although towards the latter years of creating these personal compilations I would still opt for the wave file format over the mp3 for some time…..well until the invention of the iPod which would of course cause me to cave~ and embrace the mp3~ (。ーωー。)笑！Here you may listen along as I take this very nostalgic stroll down memory lane* as I would collect J-Pop CDs/singles and then create compilations to my liking then~……re-listening to these now for me I anticipate will give me so much goosebumps reminding me of listening to newly discovered music and then trying so hard to choose which songs to include on a collection♥….and so here I begin with volume "0" and I'll continue to post these personal J-Pop collections in chronological order of their recording dates~…..kiite kudasai ne~ tanoshimi kudasai o(*´∀｀)o゛♥。

..and because I had no idea of how to create cover graphics at first the CD case looks so plain,
and therefore I didn't include a photo of it here. XD)
SMAP was truly one of my earlier loves in J-Pop and while falling in love with their "SmapXSmap" t.v. show with so many funny skits, games, and guest artists & celebrities always on….there were always those infectious new theme songs for the show which were usually their latest single releases…."Aoi inazuma", just one *sweet* memory of my earliest days of being mesmerized by Japanese variety television♥~. "Aoi inazuma" was released on July 15th, 1996.
Falling in love with anime~ seems to be such a natural transition I think for many who begin to embrace J-Pop and "Tenchi Muyo!" was such an amazingly entertaining series….(the original series) so many fond memories here just hearing this original closing theme song~. A "Tenchi Muyo!" post from awhile back can be found here by searching tags: "tenchi muyo!" =) "Tenchimuyo! Ryookki Best Album" was released on November 25th, 1994.
Just listening to "a walk in the park" reminds me so much of just how dominate Komuro Tetsuya was in Japan's music industry back then as through TRF, Globe as well as numerous other artists, his music topped the Oricon charts on a regular basis~…and if I remember correctly he even built a recording studio here in Hawaii~. "a walk in the park" was released on November 27th, 1996.
I'm still sooooo waiting for Mr.Children to release a official pv DVD compilation!! I only have the music video for "Seesaw Game" on video~ (;´□｀) and Mr.Children has only thus far released a single pv collection and yes~! it's only available on vhs. =( The pv for "Seesaw Game" is somewhat a fun and wacky adventure for them…..and I always thought that Sakurai Kazutoshi was somewhat looking like Elvis Costello here in this video~. =)
Kurosawa Kenichi composed so many catchy songs♪♪~ and this trio of musicians resonated them in so many different styles of music over their careers. "Remember" has a deeply nostalgic feel to it….so moving and his lead vocals are so so *dreamy*~! ………(゜∀゜)………。"Remember" was released on October 21st, 1994 as part of L<->R's album "Lack of REASON."
While I certainly do prefer the versions found on "Original Tracks Vol.1"….there are a lot of gems also found on Amuro Namie's "Dance Tracks Vol.1" and here with "GET MY SHININ'" it's also exclusive to "Dance Tracks…" Much of the techno rage in Japan at the time was led by Okinawa's very own Amurochan~ and with "Try Me~ watashi wo shinjite" leading the way on the charts this album really engaged an entire nation as it's sales proved! MAX would later be born out of Amuro Namie's "Super Monkeys" and those recollections and history can be read about by searching tags: Amuro Namie or MAX~. Here though, before her collaboration with Komuro Tetsuya……the very beginnings of Amuro Namie's now legendary career can be heard~. I'm really a *gushy* sentimental person so I kept my Amuro Namie concert ticket stub which is in her CD case scanned above….Amuro Namie's only concert performance here was held at our Waikiki Shell back on May 14th, 2000 and it's an experience♥ that I will never forget~! ＾ ＾ "GET MY SHININ'" was released on October 16th, 1995 on Amuro Namie's album "Dance Tracks Vol. 1."
As aforementioned….my interest in anime was running high back then as a result of beginning to collect J-Pop~ and with the local broadcasts of "Crayon Shinchan" gracing our televisions each and every Saturday night during those days~….I fell so head over heels of this theme song♪♪~….."DO-shite" such a cute cute song!!!…and yay! for Sakurakko Club♥! So *kawaii*!!! "Hits TV Animation" (where I found this most *cute* song!) was released on April 25th, 1996.
A "Tenchi Muyo!" theme song~ makes a second appearance here on this same disc….this time it's Orikasa Ai who voices the feisty and most mischievous "Ryoko" in the original series~. "Tsuki no tragedy" served as the ending theme song during the latter parts of the original series…..it's a very sweet melody, much like in the form of a lullaby♪♪~. "Tsuki no tragedy" was released on September 22nd, 1994 as part of the "Tenchimuyo! Ryo oh ki ongaku hen vol.3" CD compilation soundtrack~.
Fujishige Masataka's "Acoustic" album was one of my earlier promo CDs that I received and upon listening, it was his most *beautiful* rendition of "Forever" in a pure acoustic form (there's also a rock version available…the original which I've also posted here on VOX in an earlier Fujishige Masataka post~) that captured me so much! o(*´∀｀)o゛♥！I just love Fujishige-san's voice so much too~! "Forever" was released on December 6th, 1995.
Both "Rakuen no toriko" and "Kanashii himitsu" are from the very same *dream* idol CD single release~….Miura Rieko was one of my very first idol loves♥ and for additional *gushing* ヽ(。´▽`。)ノ。。！！please visit this earlier post which can be found here =). Hers is the "anime" voice personified~! ＾ ＾ *Kawaii*!!! The single "Rakuen no toriko" was released on August 19th, 1994.
The final two tracks that I chose for my very first CD compilation are also from Miura Rieko~…and "Tenshi no iru nagisa" and "Yakusoku no ponytail" are also coupling with tracks from this very same single scanned above~. In both cases I really *adored* the coupling with tracks so much although "Rakuen no toriko" still remains as my most favorite♥ Miura Rieko solo~ song♪♪~. Miura Rieko's single "Tenshi no iru nagisa" was released on March 19th, 1993~.
Hai~ so this is the end of my "volume 0" compilation~ which actually occured as I seem to have created a un-numbered compilation along with a "volume 1" to begin with 😛 From here they will be numbered normally in order though….and I hope you enjoyed this bit of nostalgia as I lived it back then in real time~ (*´∀｀*)….my early journey through discovering and loving J-Pop♥ will unfold here volume by volume as I created them back then….tanoshimi kudasai~ o(*´∀｀)o゛♥♥♥～。
Surely a lot of scrutiny would go into anyone naming whom they consider to be perhaps the greatest vocalist they’ve had the pleasure of listening to over years of being a music lover and most definitely it’s an absolutely subjective outcome for each individual’s taste. Not an easy task by any means but for me personally while there are so many seemingly countless accomplished vocalists from generations past till present one name keeps coming to mind each and every time I hear him sing♪♪…
Fukuyama Masaharu♥ has long been one of Japan’s most beloved~* icons and constant figures as both a most accomplished musician and actor~…..his talents reach even further though as he writes, produces and has also charmed~* in the likes of radio and stage~.
It’s funny how the very initial aesthetics are obvious when it comes to accessorizing as a single cute~♥ hair bow atop is a constant and a fashion statement must!! Mmm but when you really dig a bit “deeper”….Blossom and Takamina….Takamina and Blossom….Blossom and Takamina….Takamina and Blossom…..and soon you can’t tell the two apart or you just feel a bit zany like I do at times :P.
And what’s so different about “Kimi wa, boku no mono” is that it isn’t shot in your typical “idol” way and what I mean by that is that it’s not chaptered into camera seducing♥ segments but rather “Kimi, wa boku no mono” is presented very much like a documentary instead and it’s very warm and candidly~revealing of how production goes on a day~to~day basis~....
While I think most everyone has either seen or worn seifuku♥ wouldn’t it be cute and sexy* to be able to witness the variations in style and the dressing and undressing of a most adorable idol~♥ as if you were her mirror on the wall~? Um…for educational purposes only of course :P!
~Every scene..a single brush stroke upon the canvas. Films to savor, for film making of this beauty and depth and scale don’t grace us very often..and the fates truly lie in ways of the wind. I couldn’t recommend two films any more than the John Woo directed epics “Red Clliff” and “Red Cliff II” and if grading on a ☆ scale these films receive 10 out of 10☆’ｓ。

Sakai Izumi debuted as the lead vocalist for the group Zard in 1991 and for over a decade and a half her powerful vocals would resonate beautifully over 45 single releases and 20 albums (including compilations & tributes)…..she’s truly an artist that has left us too soon~...
Now @ 28 Fukada Kyoko has reached iconic heights as an idol who’s captivated and entertained in the vast opportunistic world of Japanese media where it’s most common for a talent to explore everything from modeling to television to movies and beyond~. Fukakyon♥ was born on November 2nd, 1982 and has remained with a single management agency (HORIPRO) since her early teens when she first began appearing regularly as either a cover~girl or featured girl in numerous idol magazine publications, then most notably with her early Bomb magazine appearances. Her acting career also began early in her mid teens and although Fukakyon is primarily known as a drama/t.v. actress having appeared in an impressive number of dramas which now total over 40 to date she also has a modest but noteworthy movie resume which includes standout performances first, in the dark realism of an idol’s world brought to screen in the 2002 film “Doll’s which mixes dark short stories and the 2004 cinematic~masterpiece “Shimotsuma Monogatari”...
In a musical era where AkiP has brought attention and overwhelming success back to purely~styled J~pop compositions and an approach as well as a product which resonates all that reflects upon Japan’s uniqueness…a purity which over the years has been blurred by outside influences of hip~hop…r&b…euro~pop..and Ameri~pop to name just a few~. Ichikawa Yui in hindsight may have been just a few years too early as she ventured from model/actress into music, too early for the old~school resurgence which is topping the Japanese music charts of today~ and in a lot of ways I think she’s been one of J~pop’s much more underappreciated artists of the millenium~.
Getting my very first taste of what could be Japan’s currently most aggressive all girl band! Four Osaka high school students with a garage~band aura? That was enough to pull me in and now after a little over one week of listening, “Temptation Box” is quickly becoming one of my favorite albums and where to begin?..there’s so much to say!

あっ！すごいかわいく～♥！！かわいく～♥！！！ Harugon, Nacchan, Rabutan, Ayarin & Mayuyu continue to be the cutest~* of units!…and I’m just listening to their 6th single I know so late XD! While I so adore Mayuyu’s vocals and we’ve had plenty till now with her solo songs~♥, but the more I hear Rabutan’s voice the more she’s beginning to become my favorite vocal in the group =)……and while watching the making of she just sounded so anime~like saying “gyu♥!” each time, like the cutest cutest cutest character you can imagine っo(*´∀｀)o！！
Firstly, I wasn’t ever sure if I would see the day in which SPEED’s all time record sales for an all girl group would be broken and not by a slim margin by any means as AKB48 has eclipsed this record (reaching in excess of 826,000 copies sold) which has stood for I think…over a decade now?..and if there were any single which was worthy of such an achievement surely “Beginner” is deservingly so~. At the top of the Oricon this past week, AKB48 has also eclipsed omg!!! even Arashi’s~♥ used to be leading single’s sales plateau for the year for a single release :O and from the outside one may wonder why this single in particular?..and why now?
