Ko Olina

Ko Olina Vilas Resort

With Arashi’s 15th anniversary concert “Blast in Hawaii” set for September 19th & 20th @ our Ko Olina Resort in western Oahu it’ll be Arashi’s homecoming in the sense that the group actually debuted here all those years ago (their actual debut was on September 15th, 1999). Each show is set to welcome about 15,000 fans as half were sold exclusively to FC members in Japan while the other half of the tickets were made publicly available here back on August 23rd. For FC members in Japan the Arashi concert experience which will certainly be a once in a lifetime event were sold as tour packages which had a most hefty price tag which ranged from 270,000 to 550,000 yen, or approximately $2,600 to $5,400 =O! Woah!!! Tickets sold publicly on the other hand were much less likely to make your purse cry with ticket prices ranging from $150 for adults and $75 for children between the ages of 3 to 15….tickets were made available via Ticketmaster by phone: 1 (800) 745-3000 or through Ticketmaster outlets including Walmart stores and the Blaisdell Box Office here locally. Interestingly all merchandise for this Arashi “Blast in Hawaii” event were only made available in Japan and went on sale from the end of July until the end of August. Both concerts are scheduled to be held outdoors as an open-air stage with a view of the ocean which should be beautiful!….as the stage will be set up in a vacant oceanfront field between the first and second lagoons of the resort, near the Aulani Disney Resort & Spa (as pictured above; left). If you’re set to attend along with the 30,000 total for both events you are most lucky ~* =)!!!!! Should be absolutely amazing!! ^^

            • And I love also that Nino’s solos in concert are often times his every own compositions…he plays the guitar, so great! A few faves of mine are “Minamikun no koibitio” plus there’s Fukakyon too, “Yasashii Jikan” one of the most touching dramas ever, “Ryusei no kizuna” one of the very best all time dramas and “Yamada Taro Monogatari” which is just priceless story telling with both fun and very touching moments ^^.
