Happy Aloha Friday~♥! For tonight’s Unzipped♥ we’ll be taking a funny and nostalgic look back at Utaban’s 2002 fourth of July episode =D.
This episode had quite the unique set setup for the opening segment as with so many members of Hello! Project being on set all at once it brought the need for a very very long table!!! Add to that some camera tech wizardry in the form of a camera which runs along a long track giving views of everyone from host to host this episode included a total of 26 girls =O! The shuffle groups present were the shuffle generation of Happy 7, Sexy 8 and Odoru 11. As you recall one of the groups were specifically for the older girls (early 20’s at the time) and it doesn’t take long for the essence of Kei humor and the like to commence on set…(^q^)! And an early notice is also taken with the presence of member Ishii Rika whom appeared just briefly with H!P singing on the Doyou Pops series and at this time she was also a member of the shuffle unit “Odoru 11.” The recollections of Nacchi are simply priceless (along with her expressions while telling the story =D!) with the context of Ishii being personally seen as an office girl for H!P a short while earlier and now with her first appearance on Utaban the natural hilarity of the moment ~*is led by the charge of both hosts Taka~san and Nakai~kun…(^q^)! The early basis of the show has all of the girls answering standard to seemingly random =P questions with the use of a buzzer in order to chime in their inclusion of any of the topics asked, and when the question of ‘whom doesn’t’ need a boyfriend?’ pops up naturally it’s Kei again acquiring the brunt of the humor xD….add to that the ‘older’ girls of Odoru 11 which had included Nacchi, Johnson and Kei and here the three shine ~* wonderfully as they each declare that not only does Utaban’s inviting them with interesting topics grow their popularity but that each in her own way has come here to the show tonight…’to be teased’ =O?! It speaks volumes really of just how integral a part Utaban was for H!P/Momusu and vice versa as each helped the other grow into pop culture itself with each added collaboration~. …and of course all of the thoughtful humor along the way…(^q^)! There are countless hilarious moments ~* on this episode as with all great Utaban episodes and it won’t be long before the gloves come off as each team has a ‘few’ complaints about the other teams’ girls =O oh and there are also live performances by all three shuffle groups \(^o^)/!!!!, so have a lot of laughs and sit back and enjoy this classic Utaban from yesteryear, your funny bone won’t regret it guaranteed!!….=).
