Surely they have nothing in common.
Or perhaps just two things?
This is most random.
A time for me to place Yukirin and an anime with nothing in common smack right beside one another. And to think I began typing this whole thing at the sight and recognition of a particular shade of blue =P.
I know it’s just the baby~turquoise bikini which is rather symbolic of the latter speaking here but this color now only reminds me of the wickedly sexy and stuck~up gem with an attitude known as Kashiwazaki Sena….
..and coincidentally or rather much more silly is that their last names are a bit similar too =P. Still though this is randomly shameless…AKB48, “Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai”….who knew they’d go great together like grilled salmon w/ a hint of dill and capers with succulent sauteed asparagus or a simple baked potato w/ ketchup & Tabasco?? (=
Yukirin however only holds the aura of sexy likeness to said anime girl gone deliciously conceded as the rest is purely only Sena’s to own with an almost blind to the world perkiness about her (=. Yukirin on the other hand, only purely sweet~♥. Sometimes though I have to embrace the out of the box idol and the self absorbed world of Sena in some oddly way fascinates me as who’d think that such a girl could exist…well she isn’t real but don’t tell that to any of her adoring male fan~club whom she shamelessly refers to as doormats =O.
Lots of times I tend to gravitate towards particular characters who aren’t so common and now it’s Sena in “Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai” and it’s surreal to even imagine any girl who takes an interest in her video game heroines much more than ‘real’ life girls whom she just doesn’t connect with or rather their reluctant nature towards her bossy and self centered ways. Yet Sena is academically smart, gorgeous maybe to a fault and just the premise of “Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai” probes a seemingly simple yet dynamic in reality aspect of human nature and life. How friends or a lack of them define or don’t define us and in a truly amusing way this anime opens up a world otherwise unimaginable. Yozora thinking it a wonderful idea to create a new club which aims to make friends for its members and the very irony of Sena wanting to join, a girl who’s own existence from the outside appears to be fluid with friends albeit those being all male “friends” and yet her inability to make friends and in particular female ones is yet the very product of her own existence both physically as a girl all too knowingly blessed with the body of perfection (your eye of the beholder being your personal taste and judge and jury on that one) and mentally with her often condescending treatment of others being a total turn off. The dialog stars throughout here too and most profoundly as it itself lives and breathes carrying much bite and wit and that even in the most basic of situations as the socially introverted as well as the socially extroverted collide with funny and awkward results time and time again. In a world where everyone in their own way searches or yearns for acceptance that too can be cooked up on the back burner at times when the surreal~ness (made up word =P) of air friends (just reminded myself of that beloved AIR BAND!!!) and attitudes and perception get in the way of true friendship and harmony alike. Sure it’s all bit gratuitous in content at times and yet I find myself glued to watching….
..and here’s for starters:
And of course no one loves Sena more than Sena herself =D…
Okay! getting back to Yukirin and this recent release I really love this, you know, almost as much as Sena xD…jk~jk~.

Somehow Yukirin’s top here looks absolutely edible likes it’s made out of frosting or something?? And I don’t even like cake =D!!
