~April 17th, 2011, Talladega’s frantic finish ties for the closest margin of victory (.002/ second) in NASCAR history since the advent of electronic timing.~

I literally held my breath for a second at the finish as the announcers took a second or two to announce who had won today’s event, a miniscule two one thousandths of a second with 8 race cars packed together @ 200 mph it’s a sight I’ve never witnessed before and the race itself had me speaking to my television for the final 5 laps or so. I imagine it may have sounded to my neighbors as if I were having a triangular~love affair with someone named Jeff and another named Jimmie lol….but there was simply no way to sit still or remain quiet as they headed for the checkers in what had been a wild day (*≧▽≦)!

It was the most awesomely sweet gesture between teammates as Jimmie here hands the winning flag to Dale Jr. after the victory where both drivers were 100% deserving and essential for the win!
